Free shipping applies to orders over $75 for Vitamins, minerals and herbs within the continental United States (except AK, PR and HI). Free shipping applies only if items are purchased directly from our site, any deals, promotions, coupons purchased from third party site, shipping charges will apply. For additional items on the same order, e.g. foods, skincare, and teas up to 2 lbs will be included with free shipping. Weight exceeding 2 lbs will be charged a shipping & handling charge. All other orders shipping & handling will be charged.

Shipping Policies

If your order has been received before 3 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Thursday it will be processed the same day, only for in stock items. Orders received after 3 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed the next day. Orders received Friday after 1 p.m., Saturday, Sunday, or on a Holiday will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Fees

We believe everyone knows that the cost of shipping is a real and growing expense. In spite of the scheduled fees we do charge (see below), we rarely cover our direct cost of just the shipping charges we are charged by UPS/USPS, let alone the cost of packaging and labor to prepare for shipping.

Orders within the continental United States (except AK, PR and HI), are shipped via UPS Ground/USPS for a flat shipping fee of $4.95. FREE Shipping on Order(s) over $75 and $4.95 Ground Shipping Rate applies to vitamins, minerals and herbs only.

Additional charges will be applied if the delivery address is incorrect, or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location.

Once your order is placed with us, actual delivery times will vary with different manufacturers, so please allow reasonable time. For most products you should receive your order in 3-7 business days.

Return Policy

Maxvite.com will accept exchanges on items purchased within 30 days for items of equal or greater value. You will receive credit for the total amount of your purchase less the original shipping charges, which will be applied towards your new purchase. There is a limit of one exchange per order. Maxvite.com will accept returned merchandise for a refund in the original form of payment for 30 days. Shipping charges are not refundable and will be assessed to items, which were shipped free. All merchandise to be returned or exchanged must be in new and unused condition. There are no returns or exchanges on special ordered items

The customer is responsible for shipping the returned merchandise to our main warehouse at 1305 Avenue U, Brooklyn, NY 11229. The customer is advised to use a traceable courier and insure their package for the full purchase price, as Maxvite.com cannot be responsible for packages that don't reach our warehouse. Please allow 7-10 days from the time we receive your package for returns or exchanges to be processed.

Defective merchandise:
Any product which proves to be defective within 10 days of delivery may be returned for replacement with identical product without incurring any additional charges. Maxvite.com will cover the cost of shipping the replacement items to the customer. Merchandise that arrives damaged requires special attention.
