Ingredients: Green Tea Leaves, Natural Tropical Fruit Flavor.

Directions: For Hot Tea: Just before water comes to a full boil pour water over the tea bag and brew for 4 to 6 minutes or as desired. For Iced Tea: Follow the brewing instructions for hot tea then pour tea into a tall glass or pitcher filled with ice. Add a slice of orange or lemon if desired.

Caffeine Content: The caffeine content of Uncle Lee's green tea is approximately 20 milligrams of caffeine per cup. Compared to black tea contains 80 to 120 miligrams per cup and coffee which contains 100 to 200 milligrams per cup. Green tea gently refreshes and invigorates.
