Ingredients: Organic Brown Sweet Rice. Cooking Instructions: Combine 1 cup rice, 2 cups water and 1 tbsp butter or margarine in a pot with a tight fitting lid. Bring to a boil, stir once and cover with lid. Reduce heat to simmer and cook 50 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand in covered pot for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork and salt to taste (optional).
