Ingredients: Malto Dextrin, Fructose, Whey, Psyllium Hulls, Guar Gum, Cellulose, Apple Fiber, Natural Flavors, Oat Fiber, Vitamin and Mineral Mix containing Vitamin C, Vitamin E Acetate, Ferrous Fumarate, Di Calcium Phosphate, Niacinamide, Zinc Oxide, Copper Gluconate, Calcium Pantothenate, Vitamins A and D Palmitate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Riboflavin, Thiamine, Vitamin B12, Folic Acid, Biotin and Potassium Iodide, Apple Pectin, Citric Acid, Acidophilus, Papain and Beet Juice Powder.

Contains: Milk, Psyllium Seed & Corn.

Directions: Dissolve two level tablespoons with about eight ounces of milk or juice (orange, apple, pineapple, etc.) in a blender or, if you prefer, mix with yogurt. Comsume within a few minutes of mixing as it will tend to thicken if allowed to stand too long. Follow with a minimum of one half glass of water. For best results regular use is important.

Caution: This product contains whey. Try Lewis Laboratories Fiber Yeast® for those individuals with an intolerance for milk or dairy products.
