Inactive Ingredients: Chamomile powder, Cyanocobalamin, Gamma amino butyric acid, d-Calcium Pantothenate, DMAE Bitartrate, Gelatin, Glycerin, 5-Hydroxytrytophan, L-Theanine, L-Tyrosine, Magnesium strearate, Motherwort, Niacinamide, Pyridoxine HCl (Vitamin B-6), Riboflavin (Vitamin B-2), Silica, Thiamine (Vitamin B-1), Titanium dioxide (natural mineral capsule color).

Directions: Adults and children 12 year of age and older. Use at first sign of symptoms, 2 capsules every 6-8 hours as needed. For children under 12 consult a physician before use.
