Directions: Adults: Take 3 capsules every night 30-760 minutes before bedtime with at least 10-20 ounces of water, juice or your favorite beverage. Not recommended for children.
Warning: This product contains Cascara Sagrada, Buckthorn and Senna. Read and follow directions carefully.
Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because Cascara Sagrada,
Buckthorn and Senna may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health.
Caution: Consult your
physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
Do not use if the outer neck band or inner seal on bottle is broken.
