Use: For the relief of occasional constipation. May also be used for a facial steam.

Directions: Recommended for taking at bedtime. Take half a teaspoon dry on tongue. Wash down with water or your favorite fruit juice. For Children: ¼ to ½ teaspoon, according to age.

Caution: Do not use this or any other laxative in cases of nausea or vomiting, abdominal pain or other symptoms of appendicitis. To avoid the laxative habit take only as needed.

If pregnant or breastfeeding, as with any drug, ask a health professional before using this product.

Keep this and all drugs out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a poison control center immediately.
