Mood Balance™ combines mood soothing herbs, calming factors and uplifting amino acids. It contains standardized herbal extracts of St. John's wort yielding 0.3% hypericin and valerian yielding 0.8% valerenic acids. It also features Relora®, GABA, Magnesium and the Amino Acids: Taurine, N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine, L-Theanine and L-Phenylalanine.

Mood Balance™ was designed to help women cope with the stress associated with daily life especially during menopause. Mood Balance" features St. John's Wort shown to enhance a positive outlook. It also supplies two inhibitory neurotransmitters, GABA and Taurine plus Kava, an herb traditionally used by South Pacific islanders, to help reduce anxiety and stress.
