Other Information: Each tablet contains: 3mg of Sodium,very low sodium. Tamper evident: Do not use if safety seal under cap is torn, broken or missing at the time of purchase.

Use: For the relief of occasional constipation. This product usually produces bowel movement in 6 to 12 hours.

Directions: Take with a glass of water or fruit juice. Adults and children over 12 years of age take 2 tablets once or twice daily. Children 6 years to under 12 years take 1 tablet once or twice daily. For children under 6 years please consult a physician.

Warnings: Ask a doctor before use if you have: 1.Abdominal pain,nausea or vomiting. 2.A sudden change in bowel movements that persist over a period of two weeks.

Stop use and ask a doctor if: You have rectal bleeding or fail to have a bowel movement after use of a laxative. This may indicate a serious condition.

Do not use: For a period longer than one week unless directed by a doctor. Frequent or prolonged use of laxatives may result in dependence on laxatives.

If pregnant or breastfeeding,as with any drug, ask a health professional before using this product.

Keep this and all drugs out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a poison control center immediately.
