Directions: Adults and children 12 or over, take 2 capsules twice daily (age 6-11 take 1 capsule). Results are usually felt within minutes or hours, and increase with continues use. Once desired results are obtained, try 1 capsule twice daily for maintenance. Take up to 6 capsules daily during the times of high stress.
