Recommended Use: Use as a dietary supplement only. Refrigerate after opening. Shake well. Adults should take 1-2 oz. (1/8 to 1/4 cup) - (1 oz. per 100 lbs of body weight). Can also be mixed to taste in your favorite drink. Take during or after meals one to three times a day as desired. For children reduce the amount by two thirds.
