Ingredients: De-ionized Water, Liquid Arnica Extract (Arnica spp.), Carrageenan, Glucose/Glucose Oxidase/Lactoperoxidase (natural preservative), Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Hyaluronate (Hyaluronic Acid), Aloe Vera (Leaf), Chamomile Liquid Extract (Matricaria recutita), Witch Hazel Liquid Extract (Hamarnelis virginiana), Lavender Oil, Peppermint Oil, Vitamin E (natural d-alpha tocopherol), Green Tea Extract (Camellia siensis) and Vitamin K (phytonadione).

Directions: Apply desired amount of Arnica Cooling Relief Gel to any areas of the body suffering from muscle tension, aches or pains. Apply the gel 2-3 times a day as needed, until the muscle tension is relieved.

Caution: For external use only. Arnica can cause allergic dermatitis with extended use or in sensitive persons. Not to be used on open wounds or broken skin.

Warnings: Keep out of reach of children. Consult a physician for use in children under 12 years of age. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. For occasional use only.
