Inactive Ingredients: Cetostearyl Alcohol, Hard Paraffin, Methy Hydroxybenzoate, Polyoxyethylene Glycol 1000, Propyl Hydroxybenzoate, Purified Water, Sodium Lauryl Sulphate, White Soft Paraffin.

Directions Apply generously and gently massage on the affected area until completely absorbed. Repeat 3 to 4 times daily as necessary. For children under 12 years old, consult a doctor before use. Use before or after sports or exercise to help soothe aching muscles, muscle strain and stiffness. Relief lasts for hours.

Warnings: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If condition worsens or persists for more than 7 days or clears up and occurs again within a few days, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. May cause an allergic reaction in some individuals with sensitive skin: test on small area before use. If severe irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.
