Active Ingredients (HPUS): Bellis perennis (Daisy) 1X, Hypericum perforatum (St. John's Wort) 2X, Rhus toxicodendron (Poison Ivy) 3X, Ruta graveolens (Rue) 1X.

Directions: Adults & Children 6 years of age and older: Apply to affected area up to 4 times daily. Rub in gently. Safe for damaged skin. Children under 6: Consult a doctor.

Warnings: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If condition worsens, or if symptoms persist for more than 7 days or clear up & recur again within a few days, discontinue use of this product & consult a physician. This product contains poison ivy plant materials. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to this or any of the other ingredients. Keep out of the reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion, seek professional assistance or contact a Poison Control Center immediately. Store at room temperature out of direct sunlight.
