To Prepare: For each cup of liquid dissolve 1 tablespoon Kuzu in 2 tablespoons of cold liquid for thick desserts or 1 teaspoon in 2 teaspoons cold liquid for thin sauces. Always dissolve it in a cold liquid before adding it to anything hot. Stir constantly when heating. The milky white will become clear and thick.
