Ingredients: Durum Semolina and Jerusalem Artichoke Flour.
Directions: Boil 4 quarts water. Add desired amount of contents from package to boiling water. Stir
until water boils again (approximately 30 seconds). Cook 8 to 12 minutes. Drain and serve.
