Green tea is refreshing, authentic and time honored. It is tended, harvested and prepared exactly as it has been for centuries. Sencha tea contains 41% less caffeine than regular brewed coffee. Enjoy it hot or iced.

Kosher Green Tea (ok) Pareve

Eden® Organic Sencha Green Tea is made with Camellia Sinensis which is the finest in Japan, Uji Cha. The earliest spring leaves from the Kyoto area are tended, harvested and prepared exactly as they have been for centuries. Freshly picked leaves are immediately steamed and rubbed releasing their flavor and aroma while preserving the bright green color before drying.

Ingredient: Organic Sencha Green Tea Leaves (Camellia Sinensis).

Hot: It is recommended to use a ceramic, glass, earthenware or stainless steel kettle or teapot. Heat water to almost a boil. Fill a cup and steep the tea bag for 4 minutes or more and remove. Green tea should not be boiled.

Iced For a glass of ice tea brew as above using less water. After steeping cool and then pour into an ice filled glass. To make a picture of ice tea it is recommended to use 4 tea bags to 1 quart of water for 6 servings.
