These shells are formed using an Italiam brass die into seashells which is a shape also known as 'conchigli'. Great for casseroles, in soups or for seafood & vegetable pasta salads. Its bright colors come from organic vegetables and each color is made separately in its own small batch, patiently dried and mixed together before packaging.
