Free Of: Soy, Sugar, Acacia, Barley, Wheat, Corn, Millet, Lactose, Yeast, Gluten, Artificial Sweeteners, Artificial Colorings, Salicylates or Preservatives.

Directions: As a dietary supplement take one capsule three times daily or two capsules upon rising and one capsule before bed. For best results take with water or juice between meals.For optimal absorption take one hour before meals on an empty stomach. Do not take with animal fat (including milk) as they inhibit absorption.

Store in a cool, dry place with cap tight. Keep out of reach of children.
