Directions: Start with 1 tablet of this product in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening, increasing intake by 1 tablet every other day until you achieve 2-3 bowel movements per day. Do not exceed 6 tablets twice per day. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day.
Warning: Contains Black Cohosh which is not to be used while pregnant or nursing. Do not use if safety seal is broken. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Store in a cool, dry place. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
